We have a choice to make. To either do life on your terms or be forced to do life. We can either prepare ourselves mentally, physically, and spiritually before the happenings of life show, or we can choose to do nothing and just allow life to take us out each time the happening of life happens.
We facilitate future growth when we become proactive with our mental, physical, and spiritual health.
Being proactive looks like this:
- Write down positive thoughts before negative thoughts show up. Replace those negative thoughts with the positive thoughts that you have already written down.
- Challenging yourself through exercise
- Journaling and self-evaluating ourselves at the beginning and end of everyday
- Giving thanks to God for what we desire but hasn’t shown up yet.
- Giving love, forgiveness, and grace to others before you have received it.
We have a choice each day to be proactive or reactive to life’s happenings. You got this.
