So often we allow our yesterdays to interfere with our todays. We toil over mistakes that we can’t change. We beat ourselves up over the things that we knew we should have done but didn’t do. We speak negatively to ourselves because of what did or didn’t happen.

We can never give our today what’s required when we allow our yesterday happenings to dictate our today.

Our yesterday can be a momentum killer if we allow it to. Yesterdays are great for learning and then applying those things we learned to today. Let your yesterdays become a momentum boost not a momentum killer

We are responsible for our happiness, joy, and peace. You got this!
