The Rotary Club of Youngsville is seeking high school students to apply for the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA+) Leadership Awards. This is Louisiana’s Premier Leadership Camp for High School Students.

“RYLA+ (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) prepares you for your life as a leader in this world. With the majority of jobs in the United States currently being at least hybrid, it is important for students to learn how to lead in every environment so opportunities won’t be missed. Because we want to see you succeed in life, we have designed RYLA+ to teach leadership skills in multiple environments– part virtual, part in-person, all fully active, RYLA+ is a student retreat experience like no other, which allows you to explore your leadership qualities and to understand the qualities of others. Attendees learn how to most effectively utilize everyone on the team and how to stay sane in this crazy, busy world. Students participate in challenging activities, explore character qualities and learn about what it takes to be a leader in the community.
