Cap-Pelé Council Member Helps After Storms

LeBlanc is retired from a power company, however gets calls to go to areas that lost power due to storms and assist with power restoration. He and his team go on stand-by mode just prior to storms.

LeBlanc said one of the challenges is at times there is lack of accommodations for crews. He advised he has spoken to other crews that came to Louisiana in August one year that had to sleep in tents due to lack of accommodations.
