Fireworks may be used, set off, or shot within the corporate limits of Youngsville on:
- July 2 during the hours 12:00 noon until 10:00 p.m.,
- on July 3 during the hours 12:00 noon until midnight,
- on July 4 during the hours 12:00 noon until 9:00 p.m.,
- on December 22 and December 24 during the hours 12:00 noon until 9:00 p.m.,
- on December 25 during the hours 12:00 noon until 10:00 p.m.,
- on December 29 and December 30 during the hours 12:00 noon until 9:00 p.m.,
- on December 31 during the hours of 12:00 noon until 1:00 a.m. on January 1,
- and on January 1 during the hours of 12:00 noon until 10:00 p.m.
