Jacob Landry Announces Run for 49th House District
Erath, LA – Jacob Landry, native of Erath, LA announced his run for House Representative in District 49 on July 3, 2022. Since then, he has spent his time visiting communities throughout the district and continuing to build relationships with everyone he meets.
Landry is the co-owner of Industrial Oilfield Services, Enviro Resources and Energy Management Company in District 49. He is a member of the Vermilion Economic Development Board and sits on various drainage boards around Acadiana. Focus points for his campaign include coastal restoration, economic development, and improving infrastructure.
Other themes of the Landry campaign include family, faith, and protecting the rights of those in the 49th district. Landry is a pro-life, second amendment candidate, who will fight for law and order for his constituents.
As an active member of the community, Landry is involved with the Erath school district as well as the Catholic church, Our Lady Of Lourdes. In fact, one of the main reasons he’s running is to serve his community at a greater level.
Landry wants his campaign to be about the people and said, “I am running to create a better future for our children and keep our community alive and well here in Louisiana. This state needs better representation in Baton Rouge, and I plan to do just that.”
