LAFAYETTE, LA – The Lafayette Transit System will not operate on Labor Day. Daytime, Night Owl, and Paratransit services will be closed on Monday, September 4, 2023, and will resume on the following day, Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
Trash and recycling collection will not be affected by the Labor Day holiday.
The Dean Domingues Compost Facility is closed for the Labor Day holiday.
