Cody Louviere has been appointed as the interim Police Chief for Youngsville by the City Council at a special meeting held tonight. Louviere’s appointment is to fill the unexpired term of Chief Rickey Boudreaux who resigned his position effective August 21, 2023.
A special election will be held in November 2024 to elect a new police chief.
