Prejean’s Cajun Restaurant is set to open a second location in Broussard, according to a Facebook post on Tim Metcalf’s Facebook profile. Metcalf is the owner of Prejean’s.
According to Metcalf’s post, Prejean’s is buying the location where Trapp’s Restaurant is located on Morgan Street. Their original location is on North East Evangeline Thruway in North Lafayette (Carencro).
Metcalf’s post:
“Yes we are buying Trapp’s in Broussard and converting it to a second Prejean’s location. Thanks for all the support. Just to clarify we didn’t buy the property and kick Trapp’s out! The Trapp’s group approached us, they wanted out of the Lafayette market. We are buying both the Trapp’s group and the real estate out. Thanks Again for the support, looking forward bringing Prejeans iconic Cajun Food to Broussard!”
