The Lafayette City Council is considering an ordinance on Short Term Rentals (STRs). The ordinance is scheduled for the August 22, 2023 City Council meeting and relates to STRs in Residential Single-Family (RS) zoning districts.
For property owners to know the zoning district/classification of their property/properties, there is a tool to confirm the zoning district. The tool can be found on LCG Zoning Map >>.
