Land has been cleared for Villas at Albertsons which is across from Broussard Commons on Albertsons Parkway in Broussard.
The apartment “Townhome” project will consist of one hundred fifty-four units, each with 875 square feet of living area with two bedrooms and two baths. There will be a swimming pool, club house, game room, pool table, gym and a business center. Outside will consist of a walking path, lighted water fountain and lush lighted landscaping. There is a potential to have a crossing to from it to Broussard Commons.
The project is slated to start around March or April of 2023 with the completion expected to take place in June 2024. The Villas is a project of Guidry Land Development.
