The agenda for the Youngsville City Council meeting to be held on June 8, 2023, at 6 p.m. includes the following:
St. Anne’s Catholic Church to request a temporary sign variance for 18 months during construction.
Approve The Daily Advertiser as the Official Journal for the City of Youngsville for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 as required by R.S. 43:141(A).
Stephen Bajat to request a variance to the Commercial Development Requirements & Land Use Regulations to allow his commercial business to operate within his residence.
RESOLUTIONS
Resolution No. 2023-15 – A Resolution to adopt the 2022-2023 Municipal Water Pollution Prevention Plan for the Youngsville Wastewater Treatment Facility LPDES Permit Number LA0055328.
Resolution No. 2023-16 – A Resolution of the City of Youngsville declaring movable property as surplus and assignment for public internet auction.
Resolution No. 2023-17 – A Resolution of the City of Youngsville authorizing the Mayor to accept the dedication of immovable property (1001 Guilliot Road) from Acadiana Development and Construction, LLC.
Resolution No. 2023-18 – A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute for and on behalf of the City of Youngsville of the Parish of Lafayette, LA, an Act of Substantial Completion from ARL Construction, Inc., Contractor, pertaining to the completion of a contract for the Sports Complex Splash Pad.

Budget Amendment Ordinance No. 484-2023 – An Ordinance amending the Annual Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of Youngsville, Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2022-2023.
Budget Ordinance No. 485-2023 – An Ordinance to adopt the Annual Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of Youngsville, Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2023-2024.
Annexation Ordinance No. 486-2023 – An Ordinance of the City of Youngsville, Louisiana amending the official map of the City of Youngsville, providing for the annexation of additional land into the corporate limits of the City of Youngsville, Louisiana, being the tract owned by Isaiah & Kayla Myers, consisting of 0.48 acres located in Section 8, Township 11 South, Range 5 East, Lafayette Parish, as shown on that map titled map showing property to be annexed into the City of Youngsville, Louisiana, 118 Metals Drive, prepared by Kevin D. Domingue, Professional Land Surveyor, dated May 2023.
