I am honored to introduce myself as the new postmaster of Broussard, Louisiana. My name is Carl ‘CJ’ Chargois , and I bring 25 years of proven experience in managing several postal operations. I am deeply committed to serving the residents of Broussard and ensuring that the Postal Service meets the needs and expectations of our community.

Throughout my career, I have focused on improving customer satisfaction.  I am excited to bring this dedication and expertise to Broussard, and I look forward to engaging with you and addressing any needs or concerns that may arise.

A key priority for me is the successful local implementation of the Postmaster General’s 10-year Delivering for America plan. This comprehensive plan is investing $40 billion in our nation’s outdated postal network to improve service reliability locally and across the country. I am confident that, as the Postal Service makes financial investments across our state, Broussard, will reap the benefits of our unprecedented modernization. I am passionate about working with our dedicated team to deliver the highest level of service to our community.

I look forward to meeting many of you in the coming weeks and months. Your feedback and support are invaluable as we continue to evolve the Postal Service to better meet the modern mailing and shipping needs of our customers. Together we can ensure that Broussard continues to grow and thrive.

Sincerely,

Carl ‘CJ’ Chargois
Broussard, Louisiana
