BROUSSARD, LA (April 23, 2025) – Pegasus Residential has named Holly Deshautelle as their 2024 Property Manager of the Year, recognizing her among over 150 managers across the United States. Pegasus is the managing company for Parkway Villas at 101 Barnes Lane, off of Albertson Parkway in Broussard.
The award event was held last week at The Fountainbleu in Miami. Deshautlle, who has been with Pegasus for over six years, said, “It was an honor to bring this back to Louisiana”.
Parkway Villas stated that Deshautelle’s dedication, leadership, and heart make this recognition truly well-deserved.
