LAFAYETTE, La. (April 23, 2025) – Two Acadiana Renaissance Charter High School (ARCA) students earned top leadership roles in BETA and DECA for the 2025-2026 school year.
Junior Molly Pothier was elected Louisiana DECA vice president of membership and outreach. She will lead recruitment efforts statewide and represent Louisiana at the International Career and Development Conference in April.

Junior Mia-Paige Cunningham was named Louisiana Senior Beta vice president. She will coordinate statewide service projects, help plan the state convention—the largest in the country—and represent ARCA at the National Beta Convention in Orlando. She is also launching a campaign for National Beta vice president.

“These young women exemplify the leadership, dedication and excellence we strive to cultivate at ARCA,” said Lyndelle Theriot, principal. “Their accomplishments are a testament to their hard work and to the supportive environment our faculty and staff work to create every day.”
These leadership roles reflect ARCA’s continued focus on developing students who lead by example and serve their communities.
