Youngsville Mayor Ken Ritter provided the following update on several road projects:
- Crest Circle reconstruction: Driveway repairs complete, binding course of asphalt nearing completion, and asphalt wearing course up next. This neighborhood had a horrible sub-base hence the reason for the extensive work and timeline.
- Almonaster mill and overlay: Soil cement is in the curing process Asphalt layers up next. Drainage cross pipe installed at Winding Way to improve drainage.
- Marteau Road mill and overlay: De-grassing has begun in preparation for upcoming road project.
- Guillot Road turning lanes – Drainage work is complete for upcoming left and right lane turning lanes at Fairfax neighborhood.
