The Kiwanis Club of Broussard-Youngsville, Louisiana is raising funds to purchase inclusive playground equipment for St. Julien Park in Broussard. Last night the Kiwanis Club held a Cake Bingo as a fund-raising event for the inclusive playground equipment last night.

Inclusive playground equipment is playground equipment that is designed to be accessible and usable by children of all abilities, including children with disabilities. This type of equipment is becoming increasingly popular as more and more people realize the importance of providing all children with the opportunity to play and have fun.

The winners of each bingo game won a cake. There were also raffle tickets for prizes that area merchants donated and a fifty-fifty raffle.

The event was held at The Ballroom in Broussard, which was provided by owner Jeff Delahoussaye.
