Lafayette, Louisiana – Catalyst Bank (the “Bank”) announces seven members to their newly established Advisory Board. Advisory Board members include Marie DesOrmeaux Centanni, Andre LeBlanc, Marcus Mire, Nate Moore, Al Patin, Gus Rantz, and Celeste Rushing. As respected members of the Acadiana community, the Advisory Board members will provide the Bank with key insights on local business conditions, recommend products and services, and assist in the development of new customer relationships.

MARIE DESORMEAUX CENTANNI, CENTANNI COMMUNICATIONS

Marie DesOrmeaux Centanni is the Founder of Centanni Communications, which helps clients achieve their goals through strategic communication and issue advocacy. Among her clients are elected officials, political candidates, small business owners, non-profits, corporations, and economic development entities. Since 2012, she has helped the Council for A Better Louisiana facilitate its state-wide Leadership Louisiana program and serves as Director of the Louisiana Free Enterprise Institute for the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry.

ANDRE LEBLANC, SYNERGY LAND GROUP

Andre LeBlanc is the President and Owner of Synergy Land Group, a professional land service company that strives to provide extraordinary service in all aspects of the land and energy sector. Headquartered in Lafayette, the company provides services nationwide. Andre is a member of the Our Lady of Fatima Foundation Board, Advisory Council, and Finance Committee as well as a past board member of the Faith House of Acadiana.

MARCUS MIRE, MIREGROUP CPAs

Marcus Mire is the founder of MireGroup CPAs, a tech-focused accounting firm specializing in small business advisory services and tax planning. Founded in August 2020, MireGroup supports its clients using cloud technology and proactive planning. Marcus has been a member of the partner advisory councils for two cloud software companies: Xero (accounting) and Gusto (payroll).

NATHANIEL MOORE, MOORE CONSULTING INVESTMENT GROUP

Nathaniel (Nate) Moore is the President and Founder of Moore Consulting Investment Group (MCIG), which was formed in 2007. MCIG aims to acquire and improve companies in the childcare and healthcare industry. After finding early success in real estate, Nate acquired his first business at the age of 22, taking the company from one business to 15 businesses with over 500 team members.

AL PATIN, MBA, BSN, RN, OCHSNER LAFAYETTE GENERAL MEDICAL CENTER

Al Patin is the Chief Executive Officer for Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center. In addition to his CEO role, he serves as Senior Executive supporting Ochsner Lafayette General’s Critical Access Hospitals, Ochsner St. Martin Hospital, and Ochsner Abrom Kaplan Memorial Hospital. He is a graduate of the Leadership Lafayette Class XXVIII, an Executive Council and Board member for One Acadiana, and a current GE Healthcare Leadership Academy Fellow.

GUS RANTZ, ACADIANA MANAGEMENT GROUP

Gus Rantz is the President of Acadiana Management Group (AMG), which supports post-acute care hospital operators specializing in small to medium size markets. He is a former attorney specializing in healthcare regulatory compliance, mergers, and acquisitions. Under Gus’ leadership, AMG has acquired and managed more than 30 hospitals nationwide and has grown into one of the nation’s premier post-acute care hospital operators.

CELESTE RUSHING, UNIVERSITY OF LOUISIANA AT LAFAYETTE

Celeste Rushing is the Associate Director of Advancement Services for the University of Louisiana- Lafayette. Prior to joining ULL, Celeste was a banker for 20 years. Celeste is currently serving as a board member of the Krewe of Oberon and the St. Genevieve School Foundation. She participates in the Krewe of Triton costume committee and in the St. Genevieve School Finance Committee.
