Inspiration gives me direction. Motivation keeps my ideas on fire. Discipline allows me to be the best as I’m on the path. Mentality helps me devour excuses. Commitment makes me stay the course.

I develop these things through reading, journaling, and exercising. Every day, I wake up with the primary goal of developing myself to be the best version of myself. It starts with a belief I have for myself, and then I do the things I don’t feel like doing to get the things I want. When I started doing these things, I was not very good. It felt weird, but I stayed the course. Now, it is non-negotiable. It is a way of life.

Because of this mentality, I am not the only one depending on myself, but now so many others that I lead depend on me being my best self. It becomes contagious. Start by doing it for yourself, and then God will multiply you.
