YOUNGSVILLE, La. (Feb 8, 2024) – At tonight’s Youngsville City Council meeting, Police Chief Cody Louviere acknowledged four police officers with a Certificate of Accommodation (COA).

Officers Isaiah Rochen, Scott Clostio, and Clay Durke received a COA for the apprehensive of two suspects in the string of vehicle burglaries in Youngsville.

Office Tyra Dorsey, who was not present at the council meeting, received a COA for the invaluable information she obtained on the vehicle burglaries.
