The Broussard-Larriviere-Trahan VFW Post 9210 Youngsville, La will be holding a Black Pot Cook-Off on Saturday, April 20 2024, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Soccer parking lot at the Youngsville Sports Complex in Youngsville.
Music, food, beer, dance, and vendors will be provided.
Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
Entrance fees – Public $5, Veterans with ID, and children 10 and under get in free.

- Registration fee: $75 per category prior to April 6, 2024.
- Registration fee: $100 per category, April 7-13, 2024.
Sponsorships
- Red Entry: $100 – one team entry, two wristbands
- White Sponsorship: $250 – one team entry, four wristbands, recognition on Facebook and Cook-off.
- Blue Sponsorship: $500 – two team entriess, six wristbands, name on banner at event, recognition on Facebook and Cook-off, and a chance to win a black pot.
