This morning, a group of volunteers gathered in Youngsville to clean up the trash in collaboration with Parish Proud.
Youngsville Mayor Ken Ritter, Mayor Pro Tem Matt Romero, and Sarah Mary Toce with Parish Proud were on hand to speak to the participants before the start of the event. Angie Eckman from AdWorx organized the event.
Various groups participated in the trash pickup event, including the Rotary Club of Youngsville, Krewe La Vie Doux, the Beta Club of the Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy, and individuals.
