The Middlebrook Foundation is offering scholarships for the Class of 2024. Five applicants will be chosen, and each will receive a $1,000 scholarship.
The purpose of the Corporal Michael Middlebrook Memorial Scholarship is to provide financial assistance for higher education as a legacy and testament to Corporal Middlebrook, who gave the ultimate sacrifice in service to his community.
Scholarship Application Criteria
The eligibility criteria are as follows:
- The scholarship award is intended for higher education available through college or technical school.
- The applicant needs to be a current high school senior in a Lafayette Parish Public School interested in furthering their education in any study area.
- In addition, the applicant must maintain a minimum grade point average of 2.5.
