LAFAYETTE, LA (May 13, 2024) – Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating a Saturday (May 11, 2024) morning incident in the 600 block of Berlin Street that left one man injured and another under arrest.
Deputies responded to the scene of a reported stabbing around 5:15 a.m. One victim suffering from multiple cuts and stab wounds was located and transported to a local medical facility for treatment.
Throughout the investigation, Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Detectives identified Joshua Robles, 18, as the suspect. Robles was subsequently arrested for Attempted Second Degree Murder and booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center.
This case remains under investigation.
