BATON ROUGE, LA (May 28, 2024) – Governor Jeff Landry signed several bills into law having to do with the New Orleans Sewerage and Water Board, safety, education, the economy, and health. The bills signed today are listed below. He also issued a proclamation declaring May 28th “Not On Herb Day”—recognizing Herb Jones’ on-court achievements; but also his humility, his work ethic, and his commitment to our community.
