BROUSSARD, LA (June 24, 2024) – For the third year in a row, the City of Broussard remains in the Top 10 of the state’s safest cities. This is according to the Louisiana Safest Cities Report 2024 by SafeWise.com. Broussard is number eight. This ranking results from the good work of the Broussard Police Department under the leadership of Broussard Police Chief Vance Olivier. Our officers put their lives on the line daily to uphold the law and keep our community safe and secure. We are dedicated to public safety in Broussard.
