The City of Youngsville had the following budget amendments during the 2023/2024 fiscal year.
8/24/2023
$100,000.00 for Christmas expenditures.
9/14/2023
$12,000.00 to include a $1,000 monthly auto allowance for the Chief of Police, retroactive to September 1, 2023.

$3,000.00 to increase the pay of the Civil Service Secretary from $350 to $600 per month, retroactive to August 1, 2023.
2/8/2024
$33,000.00 to facilitate funding for security system upgrades at the 304 Fourth Street facility.
12/14/2023
$214,400.00 is the approximate amount to purchase four Ford Police Interceptors.
3/14/2024
$933,122.32 to re-appropriate American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding from the Hwy 92 Improvements: Sidewalks, Drainage & Lighting Project to the 2024 Roadway Improvements Project.

$48,000.00 plus benefits to provide funding for an additional first-year Sergeant position for the Youngsville Police Department.
The total amount of budget amendments for 2023/2024 is $1,243,522.32.
