LAFAYETTE, LA (November 13, 2024) – Civic Solutions Group (CSG) has released a summary of the final recommendations to the Lafayette Parish School Board for District Optimization. The full
presentation, including updated school profiles, will be available when the agenda for the
November 20, 2024, Board meeting is released on Monday afternoon.
As a reminder, the Lafayette Parish School Board has announced that the regular meeting on
Wednesday, November 20, 2024, will begin at 4:00 p.m.
The meeting will take place at the School Board’s office, with the following arrangements in
place:
- Doors Open: The boardroom and additional seating areas will open to attendees at 3:30 p.m.
- Additional Seating: Extra seating will be provided in adjacent rooms to accommodate a larger audience.
- Public Comment Process: A protocol for public comments on agenda items will be released in the coming days, allowing members of the public to provide input on any action items.
The meeting agenda will address routine business items first, followed by a special presentation
from CSG.
