YOUNGSVILLE, LA (November 30, 2024) – Leadership Youngsville held its first Youngsville Holiday Artisan Market today. Over thirty vendors participated in the event, which was held in the Youngsville Sports Complex Expansion at Railroad Street and Detene Road.
Proceeds from the Artisan Market will go towards purchasing and installing benches for seating around the new inclusive playground for families of those with special needs. The playground is across from the Youngsville Sports Complex Expansion along Detente Road. The inclusive playground, named the Lions Club Inclusive Playset, is a project of the Youngsville Lions Club and was opened on October 6, 2024.
According to the Leadership Youngsville website, “The Leadership Youngsville program offers participants access to an extraordinary network of area leaders and a unique opportunity to strengthen leadership skills within a growing community.”
