WASHINGTON (January 8, 2025) – U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) issued a statement following his meeting with the Senate Republican Conference and President-Elect Donald Trump in the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday.
“Good conversation between President Trump and Senate Republicans. The American People voted for a pro-America agenda that secures the border and reduces inflation. I will work to do that,” said Dr. Cassidy.
