BROUSSARD, LA (April 26, 2025) – Looking for something to do this weekend? Head out to the 2025 SCCA (Southern Crawfish Cooking Association) first SuperBoil World Championship Cajun and Crawfish Cookoff at Arceneaux Park in Broussard.

The SuperBoil has all you can eat crawfish, gumbo, and jambalaya from 40 Championship Cook Teams. Teams from the south competed on local levels, with the winners advancing to the SCCA World Championship at Arceanux Park, where the SCCA plans to hold its annual Championship each year.

Top teams that specialize in crawfish, gumbo, and jambalaya are preparing to compete for the ultimate title. Don’t miss the showdown as the finest teams go head-to-head to crown this year’s champion.

Enjoy cold drinks, great food, and live music from some local favorites. Cooking teams include West Texas, the Weinmar, Houston, and Beaumont, Texas areas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.

Location: Arceneaux Park, 835 East Main Street, Broussard, Louisiana

Dates: Friday, April 25, 2025, 5 to 11 p.m. AND Saturday, April 26, 2025, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
