Eventually, we have to get to a place of not looking for permission from others to do what we know we need to do or to desire what we want to achieve. We only need permission from the person we look at in the mirror every morning.

When we channel our focus toward ourselves, we discover the lion that already exists inside of us. We learn to embrace the power of our uniqueness. God has designed us to be his hands and feet on earth. I take that to mean that each of us has a specific purpose. That means that each one of us has so much to offer to those around us.

Don’t give up on yourself. Don’t give up on your dreams and desires. The only time it’s over is when we decide to quit. We have a lot of purpose to share. Let’s shut off the world that tells us differently and instead focus on the things we know to be true at our core. Pursue it with everything you have, no matter your challenges. Just keep going. I’m rooting for you!
