UPDATE: THIS CLOSURE HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL SUNDAY, DECEMBER 31, 2023, WEATHER PERMITTING.
US 90 southbound from LA 3073 (Ambassador Caffery Parkway) to LA 88 (Coteau Road) will have nightly lane closures beginning Tuesday, September 12 until Sunday, November 12, 2023, from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., weather permitting.
These closures are necessary to allow crews to perform high-density polyurethane foam injections (slab jacking) to the existing concrete roadway.
The road will be open to regular traffic with a 12-foot lane restriction on oversized loads passing through the work zone.
Emergency vehicles will have access to the area but may encounter delays.
No detour is necessary.
