It’s important to push back on those thoughts that don’t align with your desires and purpose. It’s important to nurture the thoughts that do. It’s also important to have premeditated thoughts already written down.

The last statement is the one I want to focus on. Our thoughts will tend to be negative no matter what stage of life we’re in. Negative thoughts are not respective to anyone’s status. When we wake…..boom, the negative thoughts begin.

How do we combat this?

  1. You have to become aware of them.
  2. Find peace in knowing that negative thoughts are normal and nothing is wrong with you.
  3. Write those thoughts down so you can take them captive. You can tilt the scales in your favor.
  4. Take some time to write down thoughts that align with your desire, purpose, career, being, relationships, and finances
  5. Use your premeditated thoughts to combat your negative thoughts every minute, hour, day, week, and month.

What will happen is that you will train your mind on how you want to think and what is acceptable to you. You will then begin to build your confidence. Your confidence will give you momentum. Your momentum will give you a new outlook on your life and what’s possible for you. That new outlook will attract you to new opportunities. Those new opportunities will help give you clarity and direction. That clarity will help reveal your purpose. Your purpose will then have you feeling fulfilled.

God isn’t finished with you. He wants the best for you.
