When we stop beating ourselves up over our past mistakes and start believing in our capabilities to make new decisions, we begin rebuilding our confidence in ourselves.

It’s easy to talk about our situations, mistakes, and hardships. It’s easy to make excuses for why we are at the bottom. It’s easy to blame others for where we are in life.

Easy won’t get us what we ultimately want.

It’s doing the difficult things that get us back on the right track, make us uncommon, and give us some clarity. It takes courage and guts to face our failures and mistakes and decide to do something different.

What you do matters. What you have left is all you need. What you have is enough. Read a little more, listen to things differently, journal a little more, focus a little more, do a little more, exercise a little more, work a little harder, believe in yourself a little more, and be thankful a little more. What you do matters.
