LAFAYETTE, LA (July 18, 2024) – Lafayette Consolidated Government (LCG) announces the upcoming closure of the 500 block of Foreman Drive. The road will be closed to all traffic from July 22-26, 2024.
As part of the ongoing construction of the new Lafayette High School, the contractor will be installing new drainage infrastructure under the roadway. During this time, detour routes will be provided to guide drivers around the construction zone. Local access will be maintained to ensure residents and businesses in the immediate area are minimally impacted.
