WASHINGTON (July 31, 2024) – United States Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) announced the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) will grant Louisiana a total of $4,831,333.00 to improve local airports from his Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA).
“Airports are often the most important impression for someone coming to invest in our cities to create jobs and opportunities for families,” said Dr. Cassidy. “Investment in our local airports from the Infrastructure Law is helping us build an economy for 2050.”
