LAFAYETTE, LA (September 17, 2024) – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announces a $428,000 scour repair project that will begin on September 18, 2024, beneath the bridge at the intersection of South College Road and West Bayou Parkway.
This project will include clearing and grubbing, temporary dams, scour repair at the existing bridge structure, and related work.
Work is expected to take place Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. with some work during weekends, weather permitting.
The project is estimated to be completed by November 2024.
