Life was not given to everyone. That simple statement has changed my perspective and how I live my life every day. The fact that I will die one day is also the blessing that I have in life. Our time here is just a blimp in the grand scheme of things.
Because of this truth, I’ve chosen to forgive and show grace to myself and others. I’ve chosen to love unconditionally myself and others. I’ve chosen to be more positive than negative. I’ve chosen to continue to invest in myself and remain open to learning. I’ve chosen to have a posture of gratitude in all situations.
Life isn’t easy and wasn’t designed to be that way. It is a journey that God puts us on, and we get to show our gratitude. Don’t get too down on yourself because things can change. Continue to be your biggest fan because you are the lucky one who has life.
