WASHINGTON (January 22, 2025) – Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA) announced today that he will serve on the House Committees on Armed Services, Oversight and Government Reform, and Homeland Security during the 119th Congress.

“I am honored to join Chairmen Comer, Green, Rogers, and my colleagues once again on these significant committees,” said Congressman Higgins. “We will have seniority and a subcommittee gavel in Oversight to continue important investigations into the weaponization of government. Each of our committee and subcommittee assignments has a deep connection to Louisiana, and I will use my positions to deliver wins for our state, and by extension, all of America.”
