YOUNGSVILLE, La. (Jan. 25, 2024) – I am pleased to announce that Van Alan Companies, LLC has signed a lease agreement with Jersey Mike’s Subs Owner/Franchisee – JM’s Youngsville, LLC – John Gremillion and Ken Bordelon, for a new location in Mill Commons newest retail building at 1911 Chemin Metairie in Sugar Mill Pond. This location is planned to open in late summer 2024. This will make the third Jersey Mike’s Subs franchise that Gremillion and Bordelon plan to open in the Lafayette Parish market. Their Forum location at 4533 Johnston Street will open on January 31, 2024, and their Ambassador Caffrey location is under construction to open by April 1, 2024.
