Hamburglar and Grimace were special guests this morning for the ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony held this morning at McDonald’s Restaurant. The restaurant is located at 208 St. Nazaire Road in Broussard.
Opening attendees had the chance to enter in for a chance to win a Nintendo Switch, Coca-Cola Mini Fridge and Cornhole Set, McDonald’s Swag, Free French Fries for a Year and more. The Mardi Gras Musketeers provided face painting to families.
Week long events have been taking place at the restaurant since January 8, 2023.
The Broussard Chamber of Commerce, Broussard Mayor and Police Chief, the Broussard Fire Department and Acadian Ambulance were among those in attendance for the ribbon cutting.
The restaurant is owned by Miller Management located in New Iberia.
