Parkway Villas opened last month in Broussard, Louisiana, and tenant applications are being accepted. The apartment complex is located at 101 Barnes Lane (off of Albertson Parkway), across from the Broussard Commons shopping center.
Parkway Villas has a resort-like atmosphere and consists of 154 single-level units. Two-hour firewalls were installed between each unit to minimize noise from neighboring units.
Each unit offers 875 square feet of living space, with two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The unfurnished apartments have kitchen appliances, a washer, and a dryer.
The complex includes a clubhouse with amenities such as a coffee bar, game room, pool table, and state-of-the-art gym.
Outdoors, there is a resort-style swimming pool, a grill area, and a turf for cornhole games, all to be completed in July 2024.
The outdoor area will include two bark parks, a walking path, a lit water fountain, and beautifully illuminated landscaping.
