I’ve learned that life won’t limit me; rather, my pride and ignorance are the two things that will. Life offers an abundance of opportunities and unlimited possibilities. However, if I allow my pride of all-knowing to drive me, then this very thing would prevent me from learning new/future things; rather, it would have me learning current happenings.

Pride has a way of keeping perspectives of many different things limited.

When I challenged my pride by becoming a better listener than a talker, I began learning and understanding. When I chose to read about others’ accomplishments and challenges, my past and current accomplishments were no longer my capacities.

We are capable of so much more. This life that God has given us has so much to offer each of us. It’s our responsibility to find out all that we are capable of. We have to silence our pride daily, focus on learning new things, and apply those things that we have learned.
