If you want to hit your target or aim then you have to put the work in. It’s not about luck or great talent. It’s about the work that we put in. Being the best in any category requires something of each of us.
My average run is three miles. There is a reason for that. I’ve been running this distance for the last several years. No matter how many times I’ve run this distance it still remains a challenge. My breathing is always tough. My body always hurt. My mind always tells me that I need to quit after mile one. When I wake up I mostly don’t want to run it.
All these things are the reasons why I do it anyway. It is because I do not want to do something is the reason why I do it anyway. I know that life is always going to throw a challenge or a monster at me. So I stay ready so I never have to get ready.
