Broussard and Youngsville Chambers Partner for Informational Luncheon

BROUSSARD, LA (December 2, 2024) – The Broussard Chamber of Commerce and the Youngsville Chamber of Commerce have partnered for an informational luncheon. Louisiana Commissioner of Insurance Tim Temple will be the speaker.

The luncheon will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Fezzo’s Seafood, Steakhouse, & Oyster Bar, 6701 Ambassador Caffery Parkway, Broussard, Louisiana.

Lunch is provided. At Fezzo’s, each guest will pay $20 individually to order from a pre-selected menu.

Seating is limited, so register today to reserve your seat. This is an incredible opportunity to network, have a good meal, and ask questions about insurance rates in Louisiana.

About Tim Temple

Tim Temple was elected as Commissioner of Insurance in 2023. He worked in the insurance sector for over two decades and is dedicated to leveraging his extensive industry experience to shape a regulatory and statutory environment that ensures competitiveness and enhances the attractiveness of Louisiana’s insurance market. 

As the state’s top insurance official, Tim is committed to protecting the interests of policyholders while promoting a competitive insurance market that benefits all residents and businesses in Louisiana.

Before becoming Commissioner of Insurance, Tim served as President of Temptan, a family-owned investment management business in Baton Rouge. Additionally, Tim is a former Chair of the Louisiana Committee of 100 for Economic Development, which worked outside of government to provide leadership and resources focused on growing Louisiana’s economy. 

Temple is a native of DeRidder. He and his wife, Amy, live with their two daughters in Baton Rouge.
