Lafayette, LA (February 14, 2025) – The Lafayette Public Library is excited to announce that mobile services via the Go Go Biblio Bookmobile are restarting.
After a pause in services due to staffing shortages, the Bookmobile is again ready to serve Lafayette communities that may have difficulty getting to a brick-and-mortar library branch.
The ADA-compliant Bookmobile offers a diverse collection of books, audiobooks, and DVDs for children, teens, and adults. The vehicle is outfitted with everything needed to serve the public, including a mobile hotspot so staff can sign patrons up for library cards.
