WASHINGTON (April 9, 2025) – Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA) voted to pass H.R. 1526, the No Rogue Rulings Act, which would rein in activist judges who have overstepped their Constitutional role to block President Trump’s executive actions.

The legislation limits the ability of U.S. district courts to issue nationwide injunctions, broad rulings that extend beyond the parties involved in a case.

“Rogue, anti-Trump judges are a serious problem. Unelected judges have abused their authority,” said Congressman Higgins. “The No Rogue Rulings Act reins them in. We are restoring Article III parameters as envisioned by the Founders.”
