SCOTT, La. (Dec. 15, 2023) – The Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office is proud to announce the graduation of Acadiana Law Enforcement Training Academy Class 172. This class has 23 cadets graduating who will go on to serve with the following agencies:
- Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office
- Lafayette Police Department
- Abbeville Police Department
- Chicot State Park
- Duson Police Department
- Eunice Police Department
- Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office
- Opelousas Police Department
- Sam Houston State Park
- University of Louisiana at Lafayette Police Department
Graduation was held on Friday, December 15, 2023, at the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office Public Safety Complex at 1825 West Willow Street in Scott, Louisiana.
