Broussard has New Utility Payment Kiosk

BROUSSARD, LA (July 17, 2024) – The City of Broussard has a new Justified Automated Collections Kiosk (JACK) for utility payments at Broussard City Hall at 310 East Main Street.

Residents and businesses may continue to pay utility bills in person at city hall or online. This self-pay kiosk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Follow the instructions below when using the kiosk.

  • To begin, lift the flap. The flap will lock in place and come down when your session times out.
  • Select from three payment options: cash, credit or debit card, and check.
  • You can look up your account by typing in your address on the screen or scanning the barcode on your utility bill under the barcode reader.
  • Follow the instructions to pay.
  • When your transaction is complete, you may choose to receive a receipt.
